There may be partial funding available for training courses in Scotland through the Low Carbon Skills Fund operated through Skills Development Scotland (SDS). The application for funding requires to be made to SDS and approved by them prior to booking the training with Elmhurst. We have recently received the transitional arrangements for version 4.1.e and version 5.2.d of SBEM for Part L compliance and Energy Performance Certificates in Wales. The arrangements follow the revisions to Part L that come into effect from 31st July 2014. The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is a mandatory energy assessment and energy saving identification scheme for large undertakings (and their corporate groups). The scheme applies throughout the UK.
