Qualifications Level 1 Qualification in Airtightness Testing + Certificate of Competency in Background Ventilation Assessment + 15 Hours CPD

Once qualified, we will require 3 Test property assessments to be supplied to us in order to then sign your qualification off. When qualified you will be invited to join the EAS scheme in order to become accredited and then be able to certify the dwellings you test.

It is also ideal for experienced electricians, plumbers, ventilation installers and heating engineers that are looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of Domestic Ventilation Systems.

The domestic ventilation training and assessment has been designed to provide the necessary skills in testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and fault-finding of ventilation systems in accordance with the latest Minimum Technical Competency documents (MTC). Completion of this course will satisfy the entry requirements to join the Elmhurst Ventilation Scheme.
