Step into Retrofit Lead Assessment and position yourself at the forefront of non-domestic retrofit; supporting compliance with PAS 2038 and responding to growing regulatory and market demand.

Build on your existing expertise and gain the practical capability to carry out PAS 2038-compliant assessments on commercial buildings. As industry drivers such as MEES, net zero targets, and increasing demand for evidence-led retrofit continue to shape the sector, this course equips you to confidently identify defects, assess building performance, and produce detailed condition survey reports using Elmhurst’s PAS 2038 reporting forms, ensuring your work meets evolving compliance and quality standards.

Through a structured programme of remotely delivered modules, practical test cases and expert-led walkthroughs, you’ll develop the skills needed to coordinate and deliver high-quality retrofit assessments. On completion, you’ll be ready to progress into the Retrofit Lead Assessor role and join Elmhurst’s scheme, unlocking new opportunities in a rapidly expanding area of the industry.
