Elmhurst launches new SBEM software for faster commercial energy assessments
This week Elmhurst launched its SBEM Online software for commercial Energy Performance Certificates in England and Wales, to the delight of members and stakeholders.
SBEM Online was previously only available for NHER members but, after heavy technical investment from Elmhurst, was released to the wider membership. This highly sophisticated software provides a host of benefits to non-domestic assessors, including smart data inputs, integration with Landmark and NDEA conventions along with the ability to lodge directly from the software.
The release was met with great enthusiasm from members, who signed up in droves on the day of its release, as it is estimated that the software saves an average of 2-4 hours per assessment.
Non-Domestic Team Leader Josh Wakeling commented “it’s very exciting to release SBEM Online to our members, as we really believe that it offers an unparalleled experience for users looking to save time on their assessments without compromising on quality”.
The easy-to-use software has already attracted positive reviews from users, who have singled out the ability to lodge directly from the software as a particular asset to their work.
As always Elmhurst continues to invest in its software provision to provide members with unrivalled tools to perform quality assessments. The release of SBEM Online is yet another sign of Elmhurst’s commitment to its members and the industry as a whole.
