What’s the difference Between Level 3, 4, and 5 Qualifications?
- Level 3 Buildings: Simple commercial buildings with basic air-conditioning systems, such as small shops and restaurants.
- Level 4 Buildings: More complex buildings, often with advanced HVAC systems or new builds, such as large office buildings and shops.
- Level 5 Buildings: The most complex commercial structures, featuring atriums, automatic blind controls, and complex ventilation systems, like airports and skyscrapers.
Your qualification level determines the types of buildings you can assess. A Level 4 diploma, for example, allows you to evaluate both Level 3 and 4 buildings.
