Why join Elmhurst's Retrofit Assessor Scheme?
Our involvement in the preparation of PAS 2035 has allowed us to develop a professional scheme which will help members to deliver quality retrofit assessments in accordance with this industry recognised standard.
The quality mark
As a member of this scheme you will have access to the coveted Trustmark which demonstrates that you have been registered with an approved scheme to deliver PAS 2035 retrofit work.
Access to professional online tools
Members of the Elmhurst Retrofit Assessor Scheme will have access to a suite of online tools which can help them to deliver a quality service to clients. These tools include:
The Occupancy Assessment tool can be used to generate a professional report which outlines how the occupant uses the energy of the property. With this tool you can use the RdSAP data and create an accurate report based on the household's overall energy usage.
This is achieved by entering information such as the number of occupants in the property, the actual water usage per week, which rooms are heated by which heating systems etc. As well as the use of white goods within the property and information provided from household bills.
This flexible reporting tool allows members to create a room by room report of a house.
Members can enter multiple ‘items’ within a room and can provide a brief description of their condition. A star rating can also be attached to each room to represent its overall condition. In addition to this, pictures can be taken and attached as evidence for each part of the report.
With this information the Condition Report tool can generate a PDF file with all the information entered in a clear and professional format.
This conversion tool allows users to upload Elmhurst formatted RdSAP data, which then creates an Elmhurst Design SAP input file which can be passed to Retrofit Coordinator.
