About the Role

Elmhurst is the UK’s leading provider of training and accreditation for Energy Assessors and Retrofit Professionals. We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support Elmhurst Energy’s Regulatory Audit, Complaints, and Membership functions through efficient administration and quality assurance activities.

In this role you will support regulatory and compliance activities, process membership applications, assist with complaints administration, and maintain accurate records and databases.

 

What can I expect to do in the role?

In this role, you’ll support our Regulatory Audit, Complaints, and Membership functions through a variety of administrative, quality assurance, and compliance activities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing membership applications, supporting complaints administration, and assisting with regulatory and audit requirements. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure processes are followed effectively and that we continue to deliver a high-quality service to our members and stakeholders.

 

About You

βœ… Minimum of 2 years experience in complaints handling, compliance, or regulatory environments.
βœ… Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
βœ… High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
βœ… Strong organisational and time management skills.

While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

βœ… Knowledge of energy assessment schemes (e.g., EPCs, DEC, SAP, etc.).
βœ… Experience working within an accreditation or certification body.
βœ… Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection laws).
