Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments in residential properties
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers and the MyConstructor platform where required
- Maintain compliance with current legislation and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Elmhurst
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively
- Good communication skills and confidence working independently
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
