By participating in our online walkthrough training, you will embark on an immersive journey led by an experienced instructor, who will guide you through a virtual property tour. This unique experience will provide you with a realistic understanding of the assessment process and empower you to develop the necessary skills for effective retrofit assessment.
The first part of the course will be delivered in an online training room and will cover the following subjects:
- Retrofit Process
- Energy Reports
- Retrofit Software
- Occupancy Assessment
- Condition Report
- RdSAP to SAP
- Assessing Historic Buildings
- Significance Survey
- Advice
- Quality Assurance
- Changes to PAS2035:2023.
In the second part of the course you will be taken through an online tour of a property and have the opportunity to see Elmhurst’s software, Condition Report Go app in use to produce a condition report (with the trainer’s assistance).
Following this we will return to the zoom training room to upload the report, and allow time for a short Q & A session.
