Need a recap when it comes to retrofit assessment? Want to experience the assessment process first hand?

With Elmhurst’s newest practical day, Retrofit Assessors will be able to refresh their knowledge, and also gain valuable on-site practical experience with retrofit assessment.

This course is open to all Retrofit Assessors, and is highly recommend for out of practice Retrofit Assessors as well as those who are just getting started in the sector.

Course Content

The first part of the course will be delivered in the classroom and will cover the following subjects:

  • The Whole House Retrofit process
  • Extra requirements in RdSAP for retrofit
  • Occupancy Assessment
  • Condition Report
  • Retrofit & ECO4
  • Historic buildings
  • Auditing

In the afternoon you will be taken to visit a property and have the opportunity to use Elmhurst’s software on site to produce a Condition Report (with the trainer’s assistance).

Following this we will return to the training room to upload your report, and allow time for a short Q & A session.
