HSE are announced as the new Regulator

ECO3 adopts PAS 2035 standards

As of the 1st January 2020, the PAS Standards are now a requirement of ECO3, with a transition period until 30th June 2021. NDEA Smart Rules now in affect

The Property Energy Professional Association (PEPA) announces February Conference.

Welsh Building Regulations Part L and F consultation released

Housing statistics for Scotland released

19 December 2019

The Scottish Government has released the housing statistics for this quarter.  The latest figures reveal that all-sector new builds have increased in the latest year and are approaching levels last seen in 2007 and 2008.  There were 5,342 new build homes completed between April and June - an increase of 2% (111 homes) on the same quarter in 2018. This brings the total number of homes built from June 2018 to June 2019 to 21,403

Scottish homes to be ā€˜Cā€™ rated when sold from 2024
