How do customers rate your service?
Well if you’re accredited with Elmhurst then the good news is, they would most probably rate you highly. Our new feedback questionnaire achieved a great initial response from your customers so thanks to everyone who has been handing out the paper forms or including a link to our online and more environmentally friendly version. You may not be surprised to learn that a staggering 98%* of respondents were either very satisfied or satisfied with the assessments that our DEAs have carried out. Dawn Wilkinson, Quality Co-ordinator for Elmhurst comments: “Where the customer has expressed concerns, these are investigated and often turn out to be a misunderstanding of the RdSAP methodology. In these instances our support team is on hand to clarify the process and allay any concerns.” Dawn continues: “The feedback is helping us to prove the high standard of Elmhurst’s Assessors and respondents get the chance to enter a prize draw to win two Galaxy Tabs, which includes one for the occupant and one for the named assessor.” The next draw will take place on the 30th June so to be in with a chance of winning please continue to promote the questionnaire whenever you post or email an EPC.
