Our DEA Practical Days will provide you with suitable properties required to complete your DEA portfolio – removing the hassle of finding and arranging the visits yourself!

Course Overview

• Suitable for any DEA candidates who have attended a DEA course
• 1 day practical course led by an experienced tutor.

Course Content

The visits will be supervised by an experienced course tutor who will be available to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. The property can be used as part of your qualification portfolio.

You will undertake an EPC on the property using RdSAP Go. Please remember to bring equipment such as a laser measure, pens, IPad/tablet (if using RdSAP Go). You can also purchase these online from the Elmhurst shop [insert link to shop]

It includes a question and answer session and a chance to receive further guidance on any challenging scenarios you may have faced.
