Are you looking for properties to complete your City & Guilds DEA portfolio?

Our 2 day DEA Practical Day will provide you with suitable properties required to complete your portfolio – removing the hassle of arranging the visits yourself!

Course Overview

• Suitable for City & Guilds candidates who have attended a City & Guilds DEA course within the last 18 Months
• 2 day practical course led by an experienced tutor.
• Properties cover the whole matrix of property requirements needed to complete your City & Guilds DEA portfolio.

Course Content

Over the course of 2 days you will visit 5 properties that cover the City & Guilds DEA matrix of property requirements. The visits will be supervised by an experienced course tutor who will be available to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have.

You will undertake EPCs on all 5 properties using either RdSAP Go or a paper-based survey. Please remember to bring equipment such as a laser measure, pens, IPad/tablet (if using RdSAP Go). You can also purchase these online from the Elmhurst shop.

Both days will include a question and answer session and a chance to receive further guidance on any challenging scenarios you may have faced.

Lunch will also be provided on both days.
