LMF Energy Services - DEA/Retrofit Assessor

This opportunity is with a leading Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Specialist company based in the N/West of England delivering a broad range of services across the built environment, including surveying, project management and sustainability.

With a growing team of Retrofit professionals across the UK, LMF Energy Services support clients in delivering safe, sustainable and cost-effective solutions – predominantly in the public and residential sectors.

Job Description: 

Retrofit Assessor, covering residential sites across UK. This role will involve conducting detailed energy efficiency assessments as part of retrofit programmes for local authorities and housing associations. Offering a salary of £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle + benefits.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Carry out retrofit assessments on residential properties
• Complete accurate reports and energy performance documentation
• Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers
• Travel to sites across England, Wales & Scotland.
• Liaise with residents during the assessment process.
• Complete Technical Survey’s.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst, Stroma or equivalent)
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Level 3 Award in Traditional Buildings (desirable)
• RDSAP 10 Upskill (Certificate Required)
• Retrofit assessment experience in the housing sector.
• Technical Survey Experience( CWI – IWI – ASHP – SOALR PV ) preferred but not essential training can be given.
• Full Clean UK driving licence.
