What does the Training Team do?

At Elmhurst Energy, our exceptional training team has a crucial role: creating, improving, and delivering top-notch courses for those interested in or already working in the energy assessment industry. They collaborate closely with our in-house experts to ensure our courses cover the latest industry standards and regulations.

Our training team provides a wide range of opportunities for individuals at all skill levels. Whether you’re interested in handling course administration or leading engaging classes online or in person, we have exciting roles to suit everyone.

Typical Responsibilities could include:

  • Supporting trainees through the training journey
  • Arranging/scheduling new training courses
  • Managing the delivery of training courses
  • Working with third party suppliers
  • Providing training reports
  • Delivering training, including the development of training material
