Membership Team

Elmhurst boasts the largest membership of energy and retrofit professionals in the UK. Our dedicated membership, or as we call them, accreditation team is readily available to assist both newcomers to our scheme and existing members with any membership enquiries they may have.

What does the Membership/Accreditation Team do?

As the interest in energy assessment continues to rise, so does the demand for membership at Elmhurst. Upon completion of their training as energy professionals, individuals are mandated to join a government-approved accreditation scheme, such as Elmhurst’s, to ensure the submission of legally valid energy certificates.

At Elmhurst, our dedicated membership team is committed to providing comprehensive support to new applicants who decide to join our scheme. In addition to this, the team efficiently handle  membership-related information for our existing members, ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Typical Responsibilities could include:

  • Supporting front-line phone/email membership queries
  • Setting up new entrants on Elmhurst’s database
  • Amending membership details on Elmhurst’s database
  • Fulfilling software orders
  • Supporting the auditing function at Elmhurst
  • Creation and maintenance of Application forms
