What does the Commercial Team do?

Our commercial team has an important role to play in ensuring Elmhurst remain market leaders within the sector. Using their expertise, the Commercial Team collaborate closely to bolster the Elmhurst brand and provide new business opportunities for the company and our members.

By combining market insights, effective communication and strategic planning the commercial team are able to effectively achieve business innovation, growth and maintain strong customer relations.

  • Identifying and persuing new business opportunities
  • Lead management – new and existing customers
  • Maintaining and growing customer relations/communication
  • Sales of training, software and other opportunities
  • Marketing strategy development and implementation
  • Event management and brand representation at external events
  • Market research and competitor analysis
