By combining market insights, effective communication and strategic planning the commercial team are able to effectively achieve business innovation, growth and maintain strong customer relations.

- Identifying and persuing new business opportunities
- Lead management – new and existing customers
- Maintaining and growing customer relations/communication
- Sales of training, software and other opportunities
- Marketing strategy development and implementation
- Event management and brand representation at external events
- Market research and competitor analysis
