Elmhurst are recruiting for a Training Manager to lead and develop our customer-focused training function. You’ll shape and deliver high-quality training programmes across classroom, online/remote and on demand formats, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to feedback.
Customer Service Advisor (Training Dept)
💷 £25,000-£26,000 (DOE)📍Lutterworth 📝Full Time
Elmhurst are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor within our Training department. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their training journey, from initial booking through to accreditation, providing timely, professional support and building strong relationships through proactive communication.
DEA Technical Advisor
💷 £27,000-£28,000 (DOE)📍Wakefield/Lutterworth (Hybrid) 📝Full Time
Elmhurst are recruiting for a Technical Advisor to join our Existing Dwellings Audit and Support team. In this role you’ll provide expert frontline advice and technical support to our members via phone and email. The role also involves auditing responsibilities and applying your technical skills to ensure high standards.
DEA Technical Consultant
💷 £28,000-£29,000 (FTE) 📍Lutterworth (Hybrid) 📝Part Time
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a new team member to join our Existing Dwellings Support team. This part time role will involve providing technical advice and support to Elmhurst’s DEA membership via phone and email.
