Retrofit Coordinator Scheme
Elmhurst's Retrofit Coordinator scheme is TrustMark approved and operates within the PAS 2035; specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings.
Individuals accredited with this scheme can provide end-to-end project management which includes the production of Retrofit Plans in accordance with PAS 2035.
Why join Elmhurst's Retrofit Coordinator Scheme?
Our involvement in the preparation of PAS 2035 has allowed us to develop a professional scheme which will help members to deliver quality within their role as a Retrofit Coordinator.
The quality mark
As a member of this scheme you will have access to the coveted quality mark which demonstrates that you have been certified by an approved scheme to deliver PAS 2035 retrofit work.
RdSAP to SAP Converter
Unlike other schemes, Elmhurst members will have the ability to take an Elmhurst RdSAP survey or XML file provided by a Retrofit Assessor and can convert it into a full SAP XML file. This is an important tool, recommended in PAS 2035, that will allow members to amend more of the inputs, so to assess the impact of proposed measures, in far more detail than you can with RdSAP. You can see how it works below:
SAP software discount
Members can access the industry’s most intuitive and up to date SAP Calculation software, Design SAP, at a discounted rate. You can find out more about Elmhurst's Design SAP software here.
Expert technical support
Members can access free industry leading technical support, available for our members should they need a solution to their problems. Our support team works tirelessly to ensure that members receive the best service and support in the industry.
Access to technical documents and updates
We ensure that our members are ahead of the game by providing technical documents and industry updates to ensure that they are constantly expanding their knowledge base.
Submission of Retrofit Plans (Coming Soon)
We are currently developing the functionality required for a Retrofit Coordinator to submit Retrofit Plans, including design, and details of installation and evaluation. Once this development is complete, members can submit their plans and additional documents through a central area which will also provide a useful space for coordinators to manage their projects.
