Understanding what customers think of EPCs
Thanks to everyone who has been promoting our customer feedback questionnaire, allowing the public to rate their experience of obtaining their EPC. Our competition to win a Galaxy tab is now closed but over the 13 months for which it ran we distributed 10 tablets to the lucky winners. We also received lots of valuable feedback from the public which as you would imagine, demonstrates that Elmhurst Energy Members do a good job of offering high standards of accuracy and customer service. Indeed over 90 percent of questionnaire respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with your service in the last year.
A high number of questionnaire responses helps us to identify potential issues early, that might otherwise lead to consumer complaints, and introduce new ideas for CPD and training so we would urge you to continue sharing the link to the online questionnaire with your clients using our new email signature. The signature is designed to appear at the bottom of all of your emails and offers people peace of mind that you are an Elmhurst Member, invites the public to give feedback and tells them how to find out more about their EPC. Over the coming weeks we will also be working to improve the guidance and advice we give to the public in a dedicated area on our website.
