Our DEA Practical Day gives you access to two suitable properties, making it easier to complete your portfolio without the stress of finding and arranging the visits yourself. You’ll also benefit from guidance and insights from an experienced tutor, helping you build confidence and refine your assessment techniques.

Course Content

The visits will be supervised by an experienced DEA who will be available to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. The properties can be used as part of your qualification portfolio.

You will undertake an EPC on the properties using RdSAP Go. Please remember to bring equipment such as a laser measure, pens, iPad/tablet (if using RdSAP Go). You can also purchase these online from the Elmhurst shop.
