As Training Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused training service that supports both organisational priorities and industry standards. You’ll shape and lead the training function by identifying needs, developing and refining programmes and materials, and ensuring training is delivered professionally across multiple formats.
Working closely with senior leaders, managers, and external providers, you’ll align the training strategy with wider business objectives while upholding Elmhurst’s values of integrity, fairness, and customer value, helping position Elmhurst as a trusted leader in the industry.
What can I expect to do in the role?

You’ll also manage the commercial and operational side of the function by setting course pricing and promotions, managing budgets, and appointing and overseeing subcontractors to provide specialist expertise or additional capacity. Alongside this, you’ll support new training products and business initiatives, build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, and represent Elmhurst professionally across the industry.
