As a Customer Service Advisor within the Training department, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their training journey, from initial booking through to accreditation. You’ll provide timely, professional support and use proactive communication to build trust, strengthen relationships, and ensure customers feel confident choosing Elmhurst. By delivering a consistently positive experience, you’ll become the “go-to” training contact and help represent the Elmhurst brand at its best.
What can I expect to do in the role?
In this role, you’ll support smooth training delivery by onboarding customers effectively, managing bookings, orders, payments, and responding to enquiries via email and phone each day. You’ll handle questions, feedback, and complaints with a calm, solutions-focused approach, escalating urgent or high-priority issues in line with company guidelines.
You’ll also work closely with other teams to resolve queries quickly, support customers through their learning journey (including face-to-face where needed), and occasionally assist with reception/front-of-house tasks during onsite training or corporate meetings.

✅ High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain quality in a busy, customer-focused environment
✅ Strong organisational skills and effective time management
✅ Confident using a range of IT systems, including Excel
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
✅ A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, training delivery or educational environment
