Summary of Central Register fee increase
Over the last week all three UK Governments have made announcements concerning the fees for lodging energy assessment on their Central Register, EST in Scotland and Landmark elsewhere. We have endeavoured to keep Members up-to-date with this information and provide commentary as soon as it arrives, but it's probably wise for us to summarise the position for you.

Note: Elmhurst Energy does not apply VAT to Central Register lodgement fees.
Elmhurst Energy invoice after the end of each month for assessments submitted in that month, therefore the increase in fees will be applied on 2nd May 2016 for assessments completed between 1st April and 30th April 2016. Because the increase to Central Register fees is being applied part way through the month we will apply the higher rate to the whole month's lodgements. These will be followed by credit notes to correct the overcharge for any assessments submitted between the 1st April and 5th April 2016.
