Receptionist/Administrator

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Contract: Full Time
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am -5pm)

As receptionist you are often the first contact others will have with Elmhurst. You deliver a complete and professional front of house service, welcoming visitors and external callers and dealing with them in a friendly, efficient manner. You will also assist with arrangements for those attending Elmhurst for training and meetings combined with administrative support, which means you play a key role in creating a positive first impression and representing and promoting the Elmhurst brand.

What experience and qualities will I need to be successful in this role?

  • have a 2 years’ administrative and/or reception work experience

  • be comfortable working with a range of Microsoft Office products.

Overheating scheme membership with Elmhurst

No application Fee! (Was £95 + VAT)

In order to join Elmhurst's Overheating Competency Scheme you must have completed an Overheating training course by either DesignBuilder or IES and submitted a competency assessment. Upon successful completion of the competency assessment you will be admitted onto the scheme.

Scheme benefits:
  • Industry recognition of competence to undertake Overheating risk assessments.
  • Addition to our list of competent Overheating Risk Assessors available on our website.
  • Technical support to members on Overheating regulations and carrying out Overheating Risk Assessments.
