This role has two key objectives. One is to provide retrofit assessments in full compliance with PAS 2035 standards and the other is to manage the full end to end customer journey.
Assessment reports will produce the basis for a retrofit design therefore you will be expected to work closely with the Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Coordinator to create compliant design solutions using technically applicable energy efficiency
measures.
The main purpose of the role from a customer perspective is to engage with each residential customer and ensure they are fully briefed with the project nature, scope and associated timescales.
