The position that we have available is for a fully qualified and experienced non-domestic energy assessor. Maybe you are currently self-employed and would like to work in a company that can provide support and the stability of a salary? We have an established sales team that generates a steady stream of sites to survey; your responsibility would be to arrange and conduct the surveys and then produce the EPC certificates and reports. The role will also involve advising clients on ways in which they can improve their EPC rating and provide advice on the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.
If you are also qualified as a DEA and OCDEA SAP Assessor, then this would be advantageous to your application. We are looking for someone that really wants a long-term career with a rapidly growing company and is keen to progress.
