A useful tip for faster technical support
Our technical support teams work hard to answer any and all queries put to them by our valued members. The support teams, which assist Residential, New Build and Commercial energy assessors, answer over 1000 calls per week (and that’s not including calls to other parts of the business).
As with many businesses we have different phone numbers for each team, to ensure that members get through to a support team member with the relevant technical knowledge.
Call the team you need directly!
We want to reduce the risk of your calls being left unanswered, which is why we are advising members to call the team they need directly as opposed to the main head office number. This simple change will increase the speed of which your call is answered, and will ensure that you avoid being passed from one team to another. Moreover, the support teams’ telephone line operate a voicemail facility which means if the team is busy, messages can be left by members and followed up by the team.
