Technical Energy Consultant

The role is based at our modern Lutterworth Head Office within easy access of the M1. Following a period of growth there are around 70 employees based at these modern, friendly offices.

This role would suit a graduate with a degree in design, sustainability, energy, engineering construction or any related discipline. You can still apply if you do not have a degree, you will just need to demonstate you have the relevant skills and experience to undertake this role.

The person in this role will be responsible for:

  • Calculating and producing Energy Performance Certificates for the new build property sector using SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) and SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model)- training will be provided if required.
  • Managing and delivering a variety of work packages necessary to meet the group’s commercial, technical and operational needs.
  • Helping the team to maintain and improve upon customer service levels through well-managed technical query responses.
  • Involvement in the new build, commercial construction sector. This could be in a sustainable/environmental consultancy/building assessment/certification consultancy or an associated construction sector position.
