Changes to RHI come into effect

The Department of Energy and Climate Change announced changes to its Domestic Renewable Heatings Incentive (RHI) Scheme in November and these came into effect on the 5th February.  At a glance they include:

  • Registered Social Landlords no longer have to undertake a Green Deal Advice Report
  • Cooker Stoves are eligible
  • High Temp Heat Pumps are eligible
  • Clarification of properties made up of multiple buildings
