NEW: Section 63 and DECs in Scotland (Courses Available)

Elmhurst Energy has received approval from the Scottish government to accredit the new Section 63 advisor and DEC assessor roles.

In September new legislation in Scotland will require owners of non domestic buildings (over 1000m2) eligible for an EPC, to have an additional assessment carried out. This presents a fantastic opportunity for non domestic energy assessors in Scotland, to produce DEC assessments and Section 63 Action Plans (Read more) to generate additional income!

Elmhurst is the first accreditation scheme to be approved and offer training courses for Section 63 and DEC, to up skill qualified non-domestic energy assessors in Scotland.
