What will I be doing?

The role of DEA Technical Consultant is vital to help support members of our EPC accreditation scheme. Delivering the highest level of professional and quality support to our members through experience, skills and knowledge of the energy assessment industry. As a front line contact with our members, Technical Consultants play a key role in promoting the Elmhurst brand, to meet our Vision to be the leading independent provider of building energy rating expertise

Typical duties   

  • Providing front-line technical support to members
  • Assisting with Quality Assurance auditing and complaints handling
  • Representing the team on product development projects
  • Providing and delivering training
  • Promoting and generating opportunities for new revenue including assisting with marketing and Scheme promotion and the selling of training and software
  • Liaising and co-operating with other Support Teams within the business to ensure good understanding of processes and effective communications.

The role is based at our modern Lutterworth Head Office within easy access of the M1.  Having recently been through a period of growth, there are now 70 employees based at these modern, friendly offices.
