Elmhurst Accreditation Approved for new EPBD strands
We are pleased to announce that the Secretary of State has approved Elmhurst Energy Systems to operate an Accreditation Scheme for Energy Assessors that satisfies the certificates and inspections requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations for public buildings, newly constructed dwellings and non-dwellings.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for public buildings and non-dwellings (commercial) buildings.
We are currently in the process of developing an implementation programme for commercial buildings. We plan to launch details of the training courses and accreditation scheme requirements on the 28th April 2008. This will highlight all details of our proposed programme for all aspects of training and accreditation for Commercial Energy Assessors.
