NEW BUILD EPC ACCREDITATION SCHEME

Elmhurst Accreditation Approved for new EPBD strands

We are pleased to announce that the Secretary of State has approved Elmhurst Energy to operate an Accreditation Scheme for Energy Assessors that satisfies the EPC requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations for newly constructed dwellings and non-dwellings in England and Wales.

 We have also applied for the approval of this same scheme in Northern Ireland and are undertaking negotiations with Scottish Building Standards Agency (SBSA) to operate a similar scheme that satisfies Section 6 of the Buildings Standards Scotland.

 

Elmhurst operates two separate schemes for EPC on-construction production, for dwellings and non-dwellings
