Follow these simple steps for application process.

1. Download and print the application form.

2. Upon receipt of the completed application form you will receive by return the Elmhurst Streamline manuals and system, and report forms to enable you to complete two SAP surveys.

3. Within fourteen days you are obliged to complete the two SAP surveys of which one must be an Elmhurst Assessment (sent in the pack) details enclosed. The second survey may be either on your own property or another property of your choice.

4. The surveys will be assessed and if acceptable will be processed. If the survey is unacceptable, after consultation you will be requested to complete another survey (but there are no further costs), until we are mutually satisfied that you are familiar with the system.

5. Upon conclusion you will be forwarded your SAP Accreditation Certificate and your unique SAP reference number and using the package already provided be equipped to issue certifiable SAP ratings. The energy surveys maybe processed by simply faxing to the Elmhurst Processing Bureau or on line via the Quest system.
