Existing Properties

Any of the Elmhurst products maybe used on existing properties but the Design/Full System is inadvisable due to the level of data collection required. The streamline system was specifically designed for existing properties it allows a survey to be carried out quickly (less than 15 minutes) and still maintain accuracy. SAP certificates may be produced using the system. The Streamline system also has comprehensive exporting facilities. For further details see Streamline.

The wizard is also suited for existing properties. It allows a SAP Survey to be completed in under 5 minutes by either a Surveyor or occupant. It relies on simple questions and due to this, the accuracy is less than the streamline. So certificate may be not be produced. For more details please also see Streamline
